I would probably head down I-279 to I-579 to the Liberty Bridge - Tunnel, then South on Rt. 51. It looks like if you make a left @ Whited (instead of making a right to go to $1.50's, that will take you up into Carrick. I'm not that familiar with the neighborhood itself though.

It's harder to judge how traffic is around there, as a lot of cameras are pointed at shit other than roads. For instance, instead of seeing what traffic is like on the Veterans Bridge, you see how Liberty Ave. is.  |
