Sorry for not getting back to yinz about this in a timely manner. We just don't know which days we're going, and if The Rents are coming down or not yet. Generally when the real estate market is in a upswing as it is now, that usually results in more buyers and less renters, which in turn lowers rental prices as there is less demand, so yeah the rents are coming down. |
