That's some crafty referencing of the Stillers without using any items trademarked by the Stillers and/or the NFL... which pretty much leaves him with a generic black and gold hat and a reference to the 'big game on Feb. 6'.

I'd say Ponce won't be happy, cause that headline could just as well say "Peyton Manning likely will never play football again, but could continue to make commercials for the next 50 years"

I'll admit...  I don't mind the most recent one, for Papa John's.
But that's mostly because it's a play on the Bus's misheard coin toss.  (And Manning's role is as the dumbass ref.)

Did you ever notice how in those commercials, the owner always has his hands on his hips?

He wants your subconscious to link his image w/ your childhood memories of Superman.

Wow, the addition of the rocket with laser sight on the Steelers Steelworker logo is a nice finishing touch.

The Redskins logo might be the best.

The lead-off Bengal is pretty good as well.

Now that seems like it would be quite an over-reaction by the NFL,
and if they do get penalized, it seems like not a good way to start as a head coach.

If they ever need a 'wing quality control coach' they don't have to look too far.. they'll be the sauciest team in the NFL.

Even his "unveiling" with his new Denver jersey is done with some manningface.
