I loved him in Johnny Mnemonic and Jack Frost (not the good one Ponce), but can he really transition that kind of box office success into a music career?

I believe that he can... Roderick George Toombs was able to transition his experience as a thespian into success betwixt the turnbuckles.

I take it you're being sarcastic, as
a) Rollins did music with Black Flag and with his own band long before any acting
b) Seems like the event is more spoken word and shit

I haven't seen They Live in a long time. I've got to add that to my netflix queue (which I don't think Liz is going to be happy about).

Speaking of tickets and shows and such.
It seems there's a new "venue" in rock 'n' roll-ing Cheswick

While I applaud that They Live is on your Netflix queue, Rollins never starred in it.  That was Rowdy Roddy Piper...

I hate to be a cynic... but I'm willing to bet that they'll never bring in any act nearly interesting enough to make me drive out to Cheswick.
Plus, if it's an under-21 place I can only imagine the idiocy you'd have to deal with while trying to enjoy your mediocre musical experience.

This guy is going to be in Pittsburgh in March. Tickets are $35.00, but it's worth it for a Byrd that isn't David Crosby.
