Did anyone else watch the debate and catch the "that one" remark?
go on... (I fell asleep, /fail). He forgot Obama's name and called him "That one". Pretty funny and rude/racist. Yeah he may as well have said "you people"

Yeah... it sounded worse than it was. And obviously easy to make fun of, but I don't actually think there were racial overtones and that shit. Rennie's mom and grandma were people who used "that one" a lot (not in any racial/other context)... Such as "You're gonna hang out with that Hite... I don't trust that one." and so on. Go for it!

I just couldn't figure out if McCain looked more like a robot or Frankenstein shuffling around the stage getting in peoples faces and shaking hands.

http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/08284/918975-66.stmThat's a sentiment reiterated by New York Giants punter Jeff Feagles, also a McCain supporter.
"He is going to tax the wealthy, which is what we are," said Feagles, referring to Obama. "We are in that category. You look at those kinds of implications, and I hate using that word, it will affect us."
Do you think that he has expressed this view on his weekly call in show Feagle Matters?

Not everyone feels politics belongs in the locker room. On Wednesday, before Cleveland Browns quarterback Brady Quinn introduced McCain at a rally in Strongsville, Ohio, Browns coach Romeo Crennel told his players in a team-wide address that he didn't want to hear political debates on the job.
"Their politics are their politics as long as they don't interfere with the team," Crennel said. "That's my main concern, that they don't get on a soapbox here in the locker room and get it going back and forth about a particular candidate against another candidate. That's why the ballot is a secret ballot when you go vote.
"(Quinn) took the time to do that, but as long as he keeps it outside the building and outside the team, that's his choice."
I already suspected Brady Quinn was an idiot, but now I know...

So here's whats goin down - I was just gonna go ahead and order some pizza around 7:30 or so, but unbeknownst to me my grandpa decided to make a nice dinner for my family, so we're gonna have that earlier in the evening. Folks are more than welcome to stop over anytime after 7:30, and we can still order pizza. I have about half a case of beer, so its more or less BYOB, but I may possibly go get a 30 of PBR as well.

So, will you be watching straight election coverage, or will the live Daily Show/Colbert Report be airing in the bunker?
