Still living around D.C.... you'd only be 3-4 hours away... you and the lady and Tombstone could even make it a day trip (though that would be a lot of driving in one day with a little kid.)
As for the Cruzin' Cooler... I don't know that it would be effective in sand....
If people bought that land... the cruzin' cooler would be ideal.

Just an aside here about Tombstone, regardless of whether the kid is a boy or a girl, even if you don't name him/her Tombstone, you're going to have a tough time shaking that nickname!
