I do believe State of the Union addresses have traditionally been given on Tuesdays (they always interrupt Shrimp & Stories)
Of course the fact it's on Monday doesn't really do much this year, since next week we have the YORSP show on Tuesday anyway. But I do believe stories are out of new episodes anyway.
