Actually I was thinking the same thing last night. I went to Sidelines and had some beers to try to complete my beer list. I was surprised be two unique beers I had.

atwater dirty blonde. (Light with Corriander in it)

well's bannana bread (actually tasted like drinking bannana bread)

Or an instant sedative as I recall from the evening where people actually attempted to drink it.

So anyone want to go tonight or get together and drink some beer? If you are afraid to spend money we can drink at some one's house or the Eagles.

I'll hang out somewhere this evening.  I'd prefer fairly cheap, though it doesn't have to be at someone's house.

With the Big Pour upping its price of entry to $55, I figured it was time to stick it to the man.  Would folks be interested in doing our own Big Pour event?  I know we knocked around this idea a bit in the past, but I wanted to bring it up here.

Basic premise is everyone gets a decent case of beer (micro/macro) for about $30 or so.  Much less than the $55 the "man" wants.  Then, we all get together and drink said cases.  If we get 15 - 20 people, that's 15 - 20 different kinds of beer.  Plus, you don't have to wait in line to bang a leak.

A couple of the girls and I were talking about this yesterday.  Each of the guys could be in charge of bringing a case beer, while each of the girls could bring a dish to share.

Yeah... the Penn Brewfest managed to take the title of worst bathroom lines this year though.

Also, ya won't have to wait in a shitty line just to get into the place.
