Pretty much, that's even low considering it's not brand new.  We have a one bedroom on the market for 4200 and two bedrooms ranging from 7-10k.

Yeah... I don't think I'm trying to own any properties in The Rocks.

Yeah no one in their right mind wants to move/live there. They should have set The Bridge to Nowhere in the Rocks instead of "the Brighton neighborhood of the North Side" (as the film calls it)

What's weird about it?
Nothing seemed out-of-the-ordinary with the descriptions/pictures.

I think she was trying to be funny...?

Like I told Sean the other night, that's a great price for that place.

It's just weird to see it listed.  I mean, this is really finally happening after all this time, that's all.
It was weird to see Bull's apartment listed too.

By the way, we will be having one last "Hurrah" so everyone can "Ralph on Balph" one last time. Smiley
Let's just keep our fingers crossed that it actually sells...

Bull, congrats on your new house!  I'm sure you're both really excited!

I found a bar down the street from my new place that had three projector screens and a bunch of tv's, they even had tv's built into the wall above the urinal. It was kinda dive like and had cheap beer. They also offered 10 cent wings... which I'm going to have to try sometime.

Yeah, we'd like to move into a smaller house with an actual yard instead of a hill.  There's a house in Westview that we have our eye on, but we're still looking in case that doesn't pan out.  Perfect location though.  It's right between McKnight and 279, but the street is nice and quiet.

"Senate sources told CNN they have tentatively agreed to extend that $8,000 credit for first-time buyers until the end of April. In addition, they are adding a $6,500 credit for some current homeowners who buy a new residence by then."

Looks like you have to buy a new place, though.  I'm just hoping that Deena can get the college tuition credit like she did last year- that wiped out nearly half of our tax and led to a huge refund.

Yeah, I heard this might pass the house soon.  That's good for me cuz I've been on Balph for 5 years next month.  How fortuitous.

If that passes, it may shift our decision to wait a few years to buy a place up here... Also because we wouldn't be married yet and I don't know if I can get this credit if I have never bought a house but my wife has...?
