Since Feb, the funny thing is that one real estate agent (the one trying to sell it for the owner) called us yesterday to say that someone was coming by to look at the house today, and another one (the one managing the property for him) called to ask us if we wanted to renew the lease on the house. We may consider going month-to-month as we are looking at buying a place soon (that tax credit is too good to pass up) |
