So I just got an email from Sidelines (from being a beer club member) for a buy one get one free lunch - but only for tomorrow from 12-3. If it wasn't a 20 minute drive from work to there I would do it (though the sidewalk sale is goin on in Squirrel Hill from today - Saturday and they have decent food vendors as well) and there's apparently a beer tasting there this Saturday - I guess emails from them had been going in my spam folder accidentally. Oh well, I'm playin a show that night anyways

I just got this email from Sidelines: Just a quick reminder- it is WING NIGHT tonight. $25 wings from 7-Midnight with Yuengling and Long Island Iced Tea specials from 10-12.

So, this post isn't about a beer tasting, but I got a message last night from Jess that she will be leaving Sidelines for a new job. I think it might be nice to send her off with a bartender appreciation night of sorts. Her last day will be on August 9th while we're away, but she will be working Thursday and Friday nights of next week. If anyone else is interested, I'd like to go out to the lines one of those nights to say our farewells, as well as have some tasty beverages and wings.

I know that this shit is kind of short notice, but is anyone else going to the Sidelines winter beer tasting? It's on Saturday at 630, and I'm pretty sure they still have tix. I had Seabass reserve one for me, so I know that at least I will be there.
