The Northside is like Zewage?

Close, but no dice.  You could, however, say that Riverz will have sewerz.

I think that the entire region would benefit more by simply changing the casino into a massive Sheetz right now

I know that it would have a much greater impact on my life as a giant Sheetz instead of a retarded ass casino.

I don't know how much benefit that would actually create... but I'm not entirely opposed to the idea.

I'd have to re-route my commute to work so that I could get a Shmonster everyday- wait a minute- there's a Sheetz right down the street from where I work... I need to start getting up earlier.

The parking garage can be transformed into a ginormous drive-in with touch screen ports and at-car schmiscuit delivery by "Stripperz"

Yeah at that point you should almost call it "Three Rivers Casino"

They may have wanted to call it Three Rivers Casino, but some indians in Oregon already claimed it.

I'm more concerned with how game traffic tonight may fuck up my commute.  Not too worried about the fucking Eagles.

That's the nice part about working by the stadium, the outbound traffic is normally fine. Especially since they changed around the West End Circle.

I used the circle on the way to Bocktown on Tuesday... it is nice not having that second traffic light there anymore (though I suppose it will be nice when they're done with the whole damn project.

Yeah, it will be nice once that is done. However there has been 1 good thing to come out of that project, it got me to start using the Wabash Tunnel on my morning commute. That road kicks ass!

It's all right.  At least they found a use for the tunnel.

It's great in the morning. There is no traffic from there to the West Bridge. If only there was some way that I could get on the Ft Pitt Bridge from E Carson, it would take me no time to get to work.

this sounds retarded but I didn't even know that tunnel was open for anything other than buses

I didn't know that either but I bet that kind of Pgh roadway ignorance is the equivalent of McNabb not knowing football games could end in a tie in Ponce's book.

A very good analogy Mr. Luckyboots.

I'm not sure if they even send any buses thru that tunnel... I'd imagine they all use the other tunnel at the end of Smithfield St. (that also is used by the "T")

Yeah, the busway uses the same tunnel as the T. The Wabash tunnel is the south HOV lane.

Yeah.... Though there are double-yellow lines in it, they decided it wasn't wide enough for 2 lanes of traffic (And I think they wanted to have space for emergency access)

One has to wonder if Mr. Bills Tap & Grill wasn't possibly targeted because of his very publicly harsh criticism of the incident where police tazered his son and put him in the hospital a few months ago.

It's probably meant as a revenue generator for the new casino when it opens.  Less illegal gambling machines=more business for the legit ones.
