It's quite possible, if he can keep his shit together for a full season, that McCutchen will be the best player in the division next season. Too bad the supporting cast features the likes of Clint Barmes

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince_Fielder#Vegetarianismthis is funny Prior to the 2008 season Fielder became a vegetarian, removing meat and fish from his diet. Fielder made this choice after reading Skinny Bitch by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin, given to him by his wife Chanel. However, his time as a vegetarian was short-lived; in January 2012, in his introductory press conference as a Detroit Tiger, he stated, "I'm not a vegetarian. I was, for like three months."

I think it's next to the all you can eat seats, so the drunks can harass the fat people and their families.

I'd imagine those mixed drinks are gonna be pricey- but I wonder if they'll have the half-price drink special after the games like the HOF club had last season...

They lost 22 games by 1 score last year. They need some hitters. If they would of pulled off half of those they would of been over .500

I think that is new this year...sounds interesting That's not a bad deal, depending on what the 'tasting' consists of. It might be a good way to get drunk before the game even starts.

I remember reading about this from last year (maybe even two years ago) and I think its local breweries (I remember EEBC having something to do with it in the past) Those seats are pretty decent (from what I remember from sitting in that section last year on company tickets), especially for $10 less than normal.

Also I am planning on taking Morgan to the game on Sunday May 6th. I understand there's a baby shower or something going on at the time as well, so it might a good time for the guys to get away. Its free pierogie bowl day.

Did you buy tickets yet? I'll be down with that. But I think only kids get the bowl, since it's kids day. Actually that might be terrible.

Yeah I'm pretty sure only kids get the bowl - I think its only free shirt Fridays where all fans get something. Does anyone know what kind of service fees they charge at the gate? Because going by http://pittsburgh.pirates.mlb.com/pit/ticketing/seating_pricing.jsp its only a $2 difference between advance and day of game tickets for Grandstand, and if you try to order them online there is a $4 order processing fee and $2.70 service charge per ticket, so that pretty much takes away the price advantage for ordering them online. Although, I guess the other advantage is that you can pick seats if you order online.
