Last Wing Night, I was describing to Sean what they're supposed to do to Route 28 in a couple of years....

They're supposed to start at the end of 2009 or so, and it's supposed to last thru 2012.... unless they start talkin' about lack of enough money (a distinct possibility)
Though to make it more bearable to drive thru while under construction, they've been talking about splitting the project up into 2 sections.

the 40 st. bridge project doesn't look like it would be that difficult. The 31st street on the other hand looks like it would take forever. I would rather see them add another lane once you get past Etna.

I'm sure the project will seem like forever....
There's an article of some woman working to get shit done faster, cause she knew someone who died in an accident on 28 (It was the night of the Wino Riot CD Release)

I'm not sure what happened to the work PennDOT was doing on 28 in Etna.  They're supposed to replace the 1-lane northbound bridge like they did with the southbound one a couple of years ago.  I don't know when they'll do it.
