And the assault charges as well, I mean if the parishioners took it upon themselves to restrain him, then it cannot be assault - one would think at least, I don't know exactly how the law works with that. "disruption of a religious assembly" sounds stupid though - do they charge people for saying anything during the "Speak Now or Forever Hold Your Peace" part of a wedding? (which despite it appearing solidly in movies and TV - actually is not part of many wedding services) Until I hear more details, it seems like the guy tried to take more than one wafer during communion, which is inappropriate - as you never take it to begin with, the priest gives it to parishioners - but hardly cause to restrain the guy. |

Among the grievance issues is whether Justka's past driving record is relevant to his current firing. Of COURSE it is! He already killed one man and injured another, he should have never gone back to driving a bus, not only does he deserve to be fired but he needs to be psychiatrically evaluated. I was on a bus last summer that hit a guy on a bike. I think the driver just winged him with the mirror or something, because he looked like he may have broken something but would be ok/was concious and talking. Still, it was pretty fucked up. The driver just stopped the bus, opened the doors, and told us we had to get off the bus and walk the rest of the way.
