I don't know if I completely agree.
The Big Pour is pretty fun, even though it gets pretty packed.  (Although, I thought it was a little better this last time, probably because they used more of their outdoor space for stuff as well.)

My main complaint with the Big Pour is that it's getting pretty pricey.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to go last year because they sold out of tickets so quickly.  It probably is better that they are using the outdoor space.  I'm also not swearing it off, either.

"Bear Rock Road in Bullskin Township."

If it was Bear Rocks Road in Acme, PA it'd be where Ponce grew up.

It is in Acme....

Actually, the road my parents live on was renamed "Dillon Rd." a couple of years ago (to avoid naming conflicts)...
Since Acme isn't an actual municipality, some people in Acme live in Fayette County (Bullskin Township), and some (like my folks) live in Westmoreland County (Mt. Pleasant Township, and possibly some Donegal Township)

I think this place was just across the county line.

Oh, shit.. is this that 'commune' that Hite and Rennie used to talk about when we'd drive past it out there?

There was some place that we'd drive past heading from your house to MP (but still pretty close to your house) that Hite would always call the 'commune' or 'hippie commune'.

Hmmm... I doubt it.
We really wouldn't have driven past it in between the house and Mt. Pleasant.
(Maybe Hite was just referring to the Laurelville Mennonite Camp... hardly an actual hippie commune).

Also, I think this "church" has only been around for a couple of years now.

But I could be wrong.
