I'm not going to post the whole article, but in an article about how ticketmaster is trying to make a deal with the NFL to reduce scalping here's what they say about the fees that ticketmaster charges:

"On team sites, tickets are sold at face value, with the company taking a cut at each end of the transaction (i.e., convenience fee, processing fee, printing fee, fee calculation fee)."

They charge a fee to calculate the fees that they're charging you?  Now that's some ultimate bullshit.

I also read recently that Ticketmaster has started it's own version of StubHub, figuring if you can't beat them, join them.

The deal is that the sold out venue or team directs the ticketless to these online scalpers that in turn share their profit with the venue or the team that referred the chump to them in the first place.

That's some bullshit
