I feel that they both have their place- but I like to use Trappy's when I make wing sauce. I've also been using a lot of the Tabasco Chipotle sauce since Sean turned me onto it.

I get the Melinda's chipotle and generally like to keep a bottle of the green El Yucateca around for a vinegar free hot sauce. For wing sauce purposes I tend to use Red Devil since it's really cheap for a big bottle of it, but for general hot sauces that include vinegar I prefer Tabasco to Red Hot.
