Perhaps if they really hate you they'll do both.

Score -1 for Google.

So... to switch gears to another food related bit of news....
Sheetz has advertised their new Italian Sausage sub.  I was gonna get one, but they either don't actually have them yet, or just didn't have it in their computer system.  Perhaps next time.
I don't know that it will be all that great, but I got faith it will be decent.

Ponce do you go to bed to the sounds of Sheetz's touch screen order stations chirping in your mind?

And for the record, I didn't eat at that place.  Funny thing is, I asked the head pharmacist (who lives in Middlesboro where I've been working this week) where a good place to eat is.  I thought he says "Shelly's", to which I replied, "Sounds interesting...  tell me more about this Shelly's place."  Thinking it might be some good home cooked food or something else tasty.  He replies, "No, not Shelly's...  Shoney's.  They have some good food."  I give up.

WAH-WAOH.

When I went down to Sidelines last night, I walk in and Seabass is like "Bad News.... we're out of wings"....
Upsetting... but I had driven down there, so I figured I'd at least have a $1.50 Yuenling (now $1.65 after the fuckin' Onorato tax.)
I guess they were so busy that some of the people who had orded wings decided to just leave cause they got sick of waiting, so before I finished my beer Seabass informed me that there were now going to be enough wings.
And them wings were fucking good!

Shoney's... damn that sucks.  I think the only time I ate at a Shoney's was while hungover in Morgantown... before a trip to Cooper's Rock.

What, did this place hire Brian DeWayne Miller as their marketing guy?

This outdoes the Onorato tax...

Looks like there's already a drinking song about the Onoroto tax and about taxes in general.  Whiskey Rebellion is thrown in there as well.

The salmonella from the turtles kills all the MSG on the food before you eat it.

They can argue over whether it breaks "live animals being around food" sanitation laws, but wouldn't it fall under animal cruelty laws as well?

The animal cops have to actually go and see that the turtles are being harmed. If they are then the Restaurant would not be shut down but the owners arrested or fined. Jody would know about something like this.

wow, last time I was there the pond was clean...this just makes me sad, and I won't go there until/unless this shit is taken care of.  And the article is right, it does make me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitches, food, utensils, etc.

Well I mean you can't keep a dog in a filthy cage, so I would think it would be likewise for the turtles I would think that folks would just have to see the condition of the pond - where the turtles live

Well, because this thread exists, someone came to the website because they searched for "sheetz italian sausage" (without quotes) in google, for which we are currently the 4th ranked page (though it is the "Recent Posts" page, so that'll go away soon - enjoy it while you can).

yeah...

We also had two hits for "funny shrimp stories".
