As long as the wind blows down river (as opposed to upriver from Alcosan), it could've been neat.
Alas, the amount of criminals out there nixed that.
Also a shame that the " 'Sup" festival never occured in the alley behind Howlers.

'Sup festival had some great ideas - I believe the 2nd stage was supposed to be made out of macrame.
I think that was the same night that $1.50 told Kraig that they should 'roll Latino' since two guys were talking to their girlfriends/fiancees.
