So I made a deal with this guy's uncle to clear out and sell the remaining contents of the "Rock N Roll Hotel". I haven't started digging yet, but there are some vintage microphones, organs, and tube preamp heads. I'm not supposed to have people over, and I need to try and get top dollar for the stuff, but I figured that I'd give yunz first crack at some of the stuff that I find. Oh, and there is a shitload of furniture (including several mattresses!) that I don't know what to do with. Average shit, nothing fancy. But there is a chance, and a good one, that Keith Richards snorted a line off of the back of the couch, or banged some groupie in the loveseat. For that reason alone, I think Ponce should take all of the furniture and turn the Aquarium into a new Rock N Roll Hotel.

Interesting - I had no idea this place existed.  

Also, this article is hilarious: "Unfortunately, the hotel's owner and sole operator Pietro "Perry" Petrone, 48, died on Sept. 8 of natural causes." We can assume they mean it is unfortunate that he died, but it reads like they wish he had gone out snorting an 8-ball or getting crushed by a falling piano, instead of "natural causes".
