The BBT is having a Grand Reopening party, to celebrate their triumph over the forces of nature, on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009.
The festivities start at 5PM (no cover the entire evening), and later in the night there will be music by Teen Riot and Mr. Devious.
More details to follow, I think. If not, that should be enough for anyone.

Well, I took a page out of your book and procrastinated on ordering them (because we didn't have anything booked and the next thing that we had booked was at Howler's, where they have their own shit) so I don't think they'll be here... but maybe I can get that shit together and get them in time cause it's still far enough away. On the other hand, DVUS and Teen Riot don't require more than 4 stands, which I think we can scrape together. |

Yeah Howler's was fun... Not a whole lot of people out, but those that were out were into it. The set went really well, I guess the whole "let's just go nuts as we don't care because the band is almost done" attitude worked to our advantage this time. Grant tried to get in, carrying an open can of Yuengling taboot, and then came back out a few seconds later saying "I forgot that I'm apparently banned from there" When my drummer foolishly asked why, he then said "I made myself known there"
Jo and the staff were really friendly and nice to work with.
Also, Ike Jones is officially the Wino Riot Fan of the Month (or Year so far for that matter)

It seems we actually can recall a good bit of most of our songs.
I imagine that Grant is probably (still) banned from the BBT as well. So a similar scene could take place.
