It was a year or two ago at Howler's.. they were just kind of douchebags.. the place was packed and Howler's said all of the bands would get some money.. but then these guys claimed that Howler's hadn't given them what they said they would and that they deserved all the money cause they were traveling.. and that they were being really gracious by giving us a 'taste' (which I think was $20).
Plus I don't think that they liked that YORSP got as much crowd reaction as they did.

I also remember being in the audience with Grant that night (he was allowed in for the evening with a 3 beer max, I had to sneak him beers). He overheard the Two Men behind us complaining that yinz were taking too long with your set, turned to them, and introduced himself as YORSP's manager. He said how excited he was to see the Two Men play and that he'd get you off the stage. He then went up to the stage and told one of  yinz that the Two Men had told him that they weren't quite ready and that they had asked YORSP to play a few more songs.

So much win.

You should tell them that YORSP is going to be on the radio show that night so unfortunately they can't be on.

Either that or play a YORSP song during their interview.

"I understand that you guys have been in Pittsburgh before and played with YORSP, which is one of my favorite local bands. Can you tell me about that?" Then after they reply. "Great! Here is a track from YORSP called '.....'" and you make them sit there while you play a YORSP track.

now, see, that would even require me to show enough interest to have them come down and go through all that.  I could just wait til the weekend they are in town and dedicate a couple YORSP songs to them perhaps.

Maybe you should tell them you'll do the interview and then call them at last minute to say that the guests right before them, YORSP, are running long and your not going to have time to do the interview.
